WEST HAVEN >> A carnival, with wristbands, food, beer tent, games, raffle, cake booth and dunk tank will be held by St. Louis Church, 89 Bull Hill Lane. Hours are: 6-10 p.m. June 1-3 and 2-10 p.m. June 4.
